Leadership stays involved from first conversation through handoff. Brand direction and strategic communication are led by Nidhi; commercial discipline, scoping, and operations by Aakanksha. Critical decisions are not handed to a junior layer mid-project.
Full project engagements are fixed-scope after Discover and Structure, with practice-specific craft stages on Brand, Web, or Docs — all mapped to the studio Method.
