• Premium artisan jewelry (House of Kanya)
• Wellness retreat and homestay experiences (Socialgully)

4. USER ACCOUNTS

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or malicious code

7. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due before service delivery unless otherwise agreed

Refund Policy:

• Digital products/services: No refunds once delivered
• Physical products (House of Kanya): 7-day return for defective items
• Retreat bookings (Socialgully): 50% refund if cancelled 30+ days prior
• Astrology consultations (VenusLab33): Rescheduling allowed; no refunds for no-shows

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Astrology Disclaimer: VenusLab33 services are for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Astrological readings should not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Socialache is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

10. INDEMNIFICATION

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination:

• All licenses granted cease immediately
• You must cease using Services
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified.
