House of Kanya
Luxury & Retail

01Context
House of Kanya needed to compete in a crowded jewelry market without defaulting to catalogue-first merchandising. The brand had to convey handcrafted value, visual richness, and purchase confidence while remaining approachable.

02Strategy
We designed the shopping journey to feel curated rather than transactional. The strategy elevated craftsmanship, occasion-led styling, and trust markers such as store presence, quality assurance, free shipping, and home-trial reassurance.

03Identity
The brand language leaned into bold femininity, handcrafted charm, and festive expression. Product presentation, merchandising cues, and copy were shaped to feel vivid, celebratory, and distinctly rooted in Indian adornment.

04System
The commerce system was organized around intuitive category discovery, featured edits, price bands, and social proof. By connecting navigation, promotional visibility, retail credibility, and Instagram-led inspiration, the experience became easier to browse and easier to trust.

05Result
House of Kanya now reads as a handcrafted jewelry brand with a stronger point of view and clearer retail confidence. The experience supports both aspiration and conversion, helping the brand feel more curated, credible, and memorable than a standard listing-first storefront.
